OAAS 175th District Competition
Rules and Guidelines:
1. Create a 60-second promotional tape that could be used to endorse your District throughout a wide area.
2. It must not vary in length beyond 5 seconds of the 60-second duration.
3. It must contain the name of the District and within the tape represent each fair within the District in some fashion.
4. Must be created in MP4 or MPEG-4 video files or from a YouTube link.
5. Be mindful of licenses for any music used (tape should include recognition of any licensed music used)
Entry Due Date:
1. All entries must be received by December 1, 2020. No late entries will be part of the competition.
2. Entries to be sent on a USB thumb drive to Vince Brennan, 1911 Foxboro –Stirling Rd., Stirling, ON K0K 3E0
or send via WeTransfer at www.wetransfer.com (it’s free)
3. Prizes will be rosettes up to 3rd place.

Rules and Guidelines:
1. Competition is open to all Agricultural Societies in good standing.
2. Only one photo image entry is permitted for each Agricultural Society.
3. Electronic photo image entry can be in black and white or colour.
4. Submitted photo image must be in a JPEG or PDF format
5. The photo image is to “best illustrate your Agricultural Society.”
6. When submitting the photo image, clearly indicate the Agricultural Society it illustrates.
Entry Due Date:
1. All entries must be received by December 1, 2020. No late entries will be part of the competition.

3. People’s Choice award will be a rosette.
Judges:
Judging will be handled electronically. Each person will get one vote during February 15-20 on the people’s choice for the picture that best illustrates an Agricultural Society.

This round-table discussion will be geared towards larger Agricultural Societies that earn a significant amount of their income from ‘beyond the Fair’ i.e. rentals, events, etc. Others are welcome to attend but we will only be entertaining questions that are related to this topic
