MAKING RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the 2024 OAAS Convention will be open and available on Monday October 2, 2023, 9am.

• NEW for 2024, we invite you to make reservation online using the links below for each respective hotel (most convenient method). 
• You may also reserve by telephone by calling 1-800-668-0101, however please expect longer than usual waiting times when the reservation lines open
• October 2, 2023 at 9 am ET.

Each guest can only book two rooms under the same name, using the same credit card,

If additionals rooms are booked online, the hotel will reach out to you to make the neccessary modifications.

***IMPORTANT***A maximum of 2 reservations per guest name are permitted for this group block.  Should more than 2 reservations be made using the same name, the Reservations Team will reach out to offer a name change.  Should a response not be received within 3 business days, any reservations in excess of the maximum of 2 (in the same name) will be cancelled without further notification.  Please note that this group has a special cancellation policy of 14 days prior to arrival (disregard cancellation policy in confirmation email as it cannot be changed).  Should cancellations be received within 13 days of arrival, a one night room and tax penalty will be charged per room cancelled.

WAITING LIST
The OAAS will be offering a waiting list system for the 2024 OAAS Convention.  Reservations are not guaranteed on the waiting list, however once the OAAS is notified of cancelled rooms, the waiting list names will be contacted. Click here for the waiting list link.


CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATIONS ??
