MAKING RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the 2024 OAAS Convention will be open and available on Monday October 2, 2023, 9am.
Phone-in reservations and online reservations will be accepted. (online link willl be available closer to October 2)
Each guest can only book two rooms under the same name, using the same credit card,
If additionals rooms are booked online, the hotel will reach out to you to make the neccessary modifications.
WAITING LIST
The OAAS will be offering a waiting list system for the 2024 OAAS Convention. Reservations are not guaranteed on the waiting list, however once the OAAS is notified of cancelled rooms, the waiting list names will be contacted. A link to the waiting list will be added before October 2.
CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATIONS ??
